Reviews
It's the worst storage unit. At first, they offer you a cheap storage unit, but in reality, it's not. There's never one available. They take advantage of your urgency to store your things and give you small ones for an absurd price. Also, when you cancel the contract, instead of paying attention to which account the deposit should be returned, when you hand in the card, we specify which account the refund should go to, but they ignore that. And when you complain, they don't give you the slightest attention and even say it's your fault.
I called to ask about the price. The space may be fine, but paying more than 80 euros (+VAT) for a 3m2 space seems steep. I started joking about the price. I simply said that the 15 euro/month price (as offered on their website) is a key drawer, and they hung up on me.P.S.: From now on, I'll change my review based on the response I received here. I'll continue looking for other solutions because it does seem a bit pricey, but I'll keep these storage units in mind. I'll reserve the 5 stars if I sign up for the service and it's truly quality.
