Super easy sign up, good selection of storage sizes, instant availability and access! Great variable length contracts. App offers all necessary actions for access, elevator and transport cart and unlocking box. User interface of app could be improved to give better feedback of completed actions ( is elevator moving?) , app should remember login info and to allow fingerprint login. But service overall deserves 5 stars.
Very convenient for Expats to store their things that otherwise would be taking up space in their apartment. Excellent service and highly recommended!
We used the placeB facilities in Zug for a few months. The facilities were clean, accessible 24/7, and very easy to use thanks to the phone app.The app itself is quite intuitive, and even someone who is not computer savvy should be able to use it successfully.In addition, customer service was extremely helpful when a problem occurred. The customer rep Agota was a veritable angel!I heartily recommend that anyone who needs storage use placeB, based on our positive experiences with this organization!
