The system works flawlessly, and 24/7 access via the app is very useful. Unfortunately, you can't choose your storage unit yourself; it's assigned automatically. I would like to see an overview of available storage units in the app and then be able to select one. Finally, the rent for the unit (18 m²) has increased from CHF 380 to CHF 444. Form your own opinion :)
This self-storage facility is well-located, very clean, and easily accessible at any time thanks to automated smartphone access. During the contract setup, the staff were very attentive and friendly, and communication via WhatsApp facilitated our exchanges while I was still abroad. I highly recommend Place B.
Absolutely hassle-free!We unexpectedly needed to rent two additional storage units. This was arranged incredibly quickly and on-site.Even canceling individual units was no problem. A fantastic experience. Many thanks to the Place B team.
I have been using PlaceB (Kriens) for over a year. They have an amazing facility that is very secure and clean. The system they use to access the storage unit/locker is all done by mobile, It is very handy and a good idea but the best part of PlaceB besides the obvious is the amazing people who work there, They have a personal msging service on their app which they are always quick to respond if you need anything. I highly recommend this place and thank you again for giving me a few days free instead of charging me an extra month or week that was very lovely. Thank you all very much I will tell my friends, I wish you all a healthy and happy Xmas!
