I found Box320 to be a very competent and helpful partner for storing my personal belongings. Whenever there was a problem with the access card or the lift, there was always a contact person available to assist me.In this day and age, where so much is handled via FAQs or AI, I consider it a significant advantage to still be able to speak with a real person.Thank you very much for the excellent and attractive service.
I was very satisfied with BOX 320's service. The prices are fair, and communication was always straightforward and quick, whether by email or WhatsApp. For example, when I needed a second key, they helped me promptly. Canceling the contract and returning the box also went absolutely smoothly. Everything was transparent and correct. I can recommend BOX 320 without reservation. Thank you for the excellent service!
