Hello, we have the same problem, no one to contact anymore. Yesterday, we received a formal notice giving us 5 days to pay, even though my partner is up to date with his payments. And the same thing happens if we try to send an email! What can we do in this situation?
Fuyez! Nous avons eu deux box chez eux pendant 6 ans. Ils ont subi des inondations, n’ont pas prévenu leurs clients. Résultat des box entiers bons pour la déchèterie. Promesse de dédommagement signée. Cela fait 6 mois qu’ils nous baladent. Ne nous ont jamais dédommagés le peu promis. Fin de contrat et remise des clefs depuis le 15 janvier 2026 mais nous recevons tous les mois une facture , puis un rappel, puis une mise en demeure pour des box dont les clés ont été remises et une remise signée. Ils ne répondent pas au téléphone ou quand ils répondent font des promesses qu’ils ne tiennent pas!!! Vraiment pas sérieux nous attendons 6 mois plus tard toujours notre dédommagement !! Totalement malhonnête Un conseil fuyez!!!

After numerous attempts to contact you and your colleague by phone, this has been going on since the beginning of November and still nothing.
