Hello, we have the same problem, no one to contact anymore. Yesterday, we received a formal notice giving us 5 days to pay, even though my partner is up to date with his payments. And the same thing happens if we try to send an email! What can we do in this situation?
Fuyez!
Are there any issues at the moment? I can't reach anyone and the website is inaccessible. However, I have no problem accessing my internet box. On the other hand, I've received several payment reminders even though I've already paid...
Hello, as of today, December 11, 2023, you still haven't refunded my deposit for box 513. After numerous attempts to contact you and your colleague by phone, this has been going on since the beginning of November and still nothing. Please answer the phone and the text messages sent to your phone number. Thank you.
