After numerous attempts to contact you and your colleague by phone, this has been going on since the beginning of November and still nothing. I rented a storage unit three months ago, and it's been a month since I returned the keys. There's still no sign of the two-month security deposit. They keep giving me the accountant's excuse, and now the banks. When you rent a storage unit, you're supposed to pay two months' deposit upfront, but it takes an accountant four months to verify that I actually paid for the two months. I find that shameful. What's more, the landlord denies every call, and when we harass him (yes, I spammed him with calls on the advice of the police), he dares to tell me we're being disrespectful, but he's been disrespecting us for a month now... I wouldn't recommend him to anyone; he's dishonest.

We rented a box from them for almost 10 years (formerly a derelict space). When it came time to get the deposit back, they denied the messages, including those from our lawyer. They were not serious. Avoid them.
