A very kind and super efficient team.
Excellent service. All items were handled with care. Great communication and very friendly.
Catastrophic! These guys just stand you up and wash their hands of it. They don't even bother to come out to give a quote or assess the site. A bunch of clowns to avoid.The joke is, the response is ridiculous. Photos of the location were sent, access information provided! Your department didn't communicate with the technical team. Customer service called me to say they were closing and going away for the weekend!I haven't been reimbursed, and I'm out over €2,000.But no worries, luckily I paid with Amex, so they're processing the refund.And I'm going to warn my 50,000 newsletter subscribers in Belgium to stay away from this place.
