Everything went smoothly at the start, and now the closing process is also hassle-free. They're easy to reach by email and offer clean and spacious storage units.
There's no one there if you're stuck at the door with a question. They're easy to reach by email, though I don't know if you're standing there in the middle of the night with a question. Everywhere you go, it creaks and feels unsafe. But I think it's safe. The lock is deceptively difficult. I thought I'd locked it once. And by the week after, the door was completely open. Luckily, nothing was missing because there's camera surveillance. I'm giving it 4 stars because I'm generally satisfied, but it's only with a raised eye that I enter every time.
I rented a storage unit at Safe Store Ghent for about three or four years, and I was very satisfied with the agreement. I was able to easily switch from a small storage unit to a large one, and communication was always smooth. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to store their belongings safely!
