Our belongings were partially damaged by a mouse infestation when we rented a unit for three months at the Ghent branch. The mice had built a nest among our belongings. We reported this to Vio and their insurance company, supposedly started a file, and then never heard anything again, and neither Vio nor the insurance company responded to our emails. A huge disappointment, so we had better find another storage facility.
Very pleased with the smooth service.
