Part of our household contents were severely damaged by a mouse infestation when we rented a unit for 3 months at the Ghent location. The mice had made a nest among our belongings. We reported this to Vio and their insurance, a file was supposedly opened, and then never heard anything again; neither from Vio nor the insurance company are responding to our emails anymore. A huge disappointment, so it is best to look for another storage facility.
Very happy with the prompt service.
