Picture this: you want to fetch your things, you arrive, and there’s an extremely loud alarm. It’s so loud you can’t go inside the building, therefore you can’t get your things. Also no-one on the Shurgard emergency hotlines picks up, the office is closed too! What a joke of a customer serviceOn top of that, the alarm guy arrived after 30 mins. If someone had broken in, the stuff could be stolen easily.
Very impressed by this modern facility. It's a great location, the accessability is good and security most satisfying. Above all, the customer service is outstanding. I was helped by Soufiane, who was talking to other customers in three languages, and who gave me a warm welcome and explained everything in great detail. He went the extra mile to ensure my things were delivered in my absence.
I have been a customer for 3 years and was slightly late with paying 1 invoice (8 entire days!) and couldn't access my storage, as "the system" automatically blocks your access. I felt this to be very customer unfriendly, as we were stuck, in the rain, waiting for anyone from Shurgard to show up. The managers also ask for positive reviews, as happened to me, which I'm pretty sure goes against Google's review policy. Highly NOT recommended!
