Completely Unsafe. After only 6 days of storing my items I had over 2500 euros worth of items stolen. I immediately contacted the police for a report which was submitted to store box for insurance purposes. After contacting the help team at storebox I was sent details to fill in the claim for insurance that is covered in their monthly fee, this was returned immediately. I also submitted the police report to show that these items were missing and what had happened. Throughout the past 6 weeks now, I have tried calling and emailing multiple times to either NOT receive a reply via email or to be told I will be called by somebody.. This has also never happened. Obviously the company does not have enough measures in place to keep theives out.UNLESS the owner of this company is able to resolve this matter as soon as possible, It will be taken further for investigation as it shows how unreliable this company is.
