I wanted to return a package via UPS using a StoreBox, but my experience was very frustrating. First, I couldn't open the door of the first StoreBox for a long time. When I finally managed to open it, I couldn't scan the barcode at the return machine. After several attempts, I was able to scan it, but there was no free space in the return compartment.I then went to a second StoreBox, but the problems repeated themselves. First, I had difficulty getting into the unit, and then the barcode wouldn't scan at all. Ultimately, I couldn't drop off my package at either location.Overall, the experience was very disappointing. I hope StoreBox improves the functionality of these boxes so that returns become easier and more reliable.
My Ikea order to this location seems to have simply vanished completely. Only Storebox themselves know how that could happen.
UPS couldn't deliver any packages there, even though it's supposed to be possible according to their website. The shop was closed, which is annoying because now I had to have the package redirected and will only get it later – not reliable at all!
