Booked a compartment at Storebox Reumannplatz on Sunday. Made the payment the same evening. But the access codes have not been sent till now (Tuesday noon). I have sent you the payment receipt this morning. Called the customer service twice. No help at all. Still waiting for the code in the street, with my suitcases and 6 bags. I wanted the storage to avoid exactly this situation. Interestingly, you charge me for 1 month starting from 31 December, but you don't give access even when I send you the payment receipt. How wonderful!

The warehouse is really fine. But as an existing customer, I've had the price increased from €82 to €128. That's not reputable business practice, it's pure extortion!

My things were stolen from the depot. They did not even apologize for it, they did not pay me the price for these things. (they have to according to the contract). Such an unprofessional and unreliable company.

Very unprofessional. I hired a box to use for one week while I was visiting Vienna and then closed the account and waited for my deposit to be refunded. They kept charging me every month and sending me invoices for using the storebox, even though I cancelled it and wasn't even in the country. I spoke to multiple customer service representatives about this and never got replies. After 6 months they told me they will refund my security deposit of 60 euros if I pay all the outstanding invoices (total over 200 euros) even though I cancelled it back in July (it is now February). Unprofessional.
