The compartment does not correspond to the stated dimensions. These dimensions refer to the floor area including the walls. Because the walls have inward-facing struts in the middle, the compartment is smaller than advertised. Therefore, it is not possible to fit furniture of the exact dimensions stated.Furthermore, the landlord is sending the customer payment requests and reminders without authorization. The fact that the landlord is directly debiting the tenant's account is being ignored. Responses to payments, including proof of payment, are being ignored. Instead, the landlord is threatening debt collection and legal action, and has even shut down the compartment without prior notice.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced, and a huge risk of theft. I have to go into detail, as this all dragged on for over a month, but please read this and consider whether you want to sign a contract with this company.I booked a storage unit for a move and wanted to take a look at it a few days beforehand – without success. I could enter the building, but I couldn't open the unit with the assigned code. After making a LOT of phone calls to mostly clueless employees, I was assigned an "emergency unit" for the day of the move.On the day itself, I stood in front of the emergency unit with my moving boxes, opened it, and lo and behold – it contained other people's belongings. In other words, I was simply given another customer's code. If I had had malicious intent, I could have easily helped myself. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!I sat on the floor of the Storebox building for two hours, making phone calls, until I was finally given a different unit – one that was far too small. Initially, I was even supposed to pay for this as well, even though it wasn't my fault and Storebox hadn't fulfilled the contract terms. With some insistence on my part, they blocked the compartment for me free of charge. I was assured they would take care of my original compartment in the meantime.Despite several emails explaining that my request was urgent due to my move, I still haven't received a response to my inquiries, and, most importantly, no apology. No one is compensating me for the immense amount of time and stress I've wasted.I would never enter into a contract with this company again. I received no reply to my last email regarding my change of provider and my polite request that the compartments I was occupying could be released, but I can see that these very compartments are now listed online again. It seems emails are being deliberately ignored. Since I don't expect the problem to be resolved by now, I already feel sorry for the next tenant of my compartment.
