Storebox sent me a confirmation email regarding my cancellation, which I consider fraudulent. After the confirmation text, there's a gap in the message, after which I didn't expect anything further. However, it then states that further tasks need to be completed on the account, and failure to do so may result in additional charges. And indeed, they do, as this is addressed in the very last clause of Storebox's terms and conditions. Without photos of the empty storage unit, the contract continues and, if the deadline expires, could result in charges many times the original amount. No wonder the first month is often offered at a very low price. One star is too generous here, and this is not how transparency should be viewed.
