NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. THEY DID NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE FLOOD DAMAGE TO MY STORAGE UNIT CAUSED BY A FAILURE IN THE ROOF. I rented a storage unit in September 2025, and in January 2026, when I went to retrieve some of my furniture, I found that one of the walls was completely soaked with water from the ceiling, which had flooded the floor. Many of my furniture items were soaked, moldy, and unusable, and I needed to move them urgently that same day. When I contacted M3 Storage and asked for help to move everything, no one ever showed up. They only provided me with another, smaller storage unit, although they claimed it was the same size, which is clearly untrue. I had to move EVERYTHING myself without any assistance or support from them. They asked me for photos and videos, which I sent, to compensate me. Then they requested an inventory, which I sent, totaling €3,700, along with my bank account details, etc. Finally, after many calls and complaints, they paid me €1,000 three days ago, claiming that's what the insurance covers. However, the company responsible for the damage is different from M3 STORAGE, which is located directly above my storage unit and has nothing to do with them. Apparently, they sent the payment for the damages to M3 STORAGE. Furthermore, I asked for at least some assistance given the lack of help with the move and the inconvenience caused, and instead of providing it or even lowering the price, they've increased it to €120, supposedly because of the change of year! I think this is THE WORST TREATMENT a halfway decent company could possibly offer. They showed absolutely no regard for customer service, completely disregarded the damage caused, and failed to provide fair treatment, even though I had absolutely nothing to do with this incident caused by a third-party company, for which they are still responsible. They demonstrated a complete lack of responsibility! I would NOT RECOMMEND them at all!
