They tell you off if you stay for more than an hour (maybe 40 minutes). They also tell you off if you charge your phone. There was an older gentleman who had set up something like a workshop, and they didn't say anything to him, which this gentleman couldn't believe. The Catalan gentleman, very friendly by the way, and me, Latino. Racism? I don't know... But what pissed me off the most was that they even wanted to charge me over €20 just to come and unlock my access... Anyway...

A storage room with a family atmosphere, that is, unprofessional. They don't provide any service or have any common sense, and it was only for a couple of days, just on a Friday afternoon... I slept on the street with my things for two nights... The definition of low cost, and there's no way to improve it in this case. Be careful with your belongings. I think they'll be very clear about the contents of the storage room if there's a payment issue...A hug to my fans and my mother, who turned green when I told her the story 🫶

Expensive and a system with 0 flexibility. You can keep the trastero for 1 day in the whole month or 31 days and you will get charged the same thing. It’s so obvious that this doesn’t make sense. The reality is that the whole system is designed to take the maximum money from the customer rather than provide a great customer experience. Very Disappointing.
