I've been several times and the service has always been excellent. I tend to get dizzy during the blood draw, and they always have me lie down and let my companion stay with me so I'm more comfortable. Also, after the blood draw, they were very attentive to make sure I was okay. The results take a little while to be ready for pickup.In short, everything was perfect.

I came to this center based on a recommendation for their approach to children. My daughter has a terrible time every time she has to have blood tests; she suffers from vomiting and fainting spells. Unfortunately, the last few times we had awful experiences with the staff at another center in another city, which, naturally, only added to her fear of these situations.I only have words of gratitude for all the staff who attended to us this morning, especially the blonde nurse with long hair and glasses.Thank you so much for your empathy, the way you treated my daughter, and your understanding of her difficulties at this time. You have no idea how important it was for her to have received such kind treatment.This is the first time that, despite the ordeal she goes through during the blood tests, she only felt a little dizzy and didn't faint. Furthermore, they allowed us to stay in the room with the examination table for as long as necessary, checking on her from time to time.I don't live in this city, but I won't hesitate to travel to this center when I need to have blood tests done.

I'm giving it one star because I can't give it less. The staff were incredibly unpleasant. The people inside were very rude. I said goodbye as I left and they didn't even acknowledge me. I told them when I arrived that I was probably feeling dizzy and they didn't even respond. They were gossiping and completely ignored me. Awful. Never again.

I've had tests done at many clinics in many cities for various reasons, but this clinic is undoubtedly THE WORST.After spending all afternoon trying to book an appointment online, I finally managed to do so after several website errors. I booked an appointment for 8:50 a.m. on June 12th. I arrived at 8:47 a.m. and left at 9:45 a.m. What's the point of booking an appointment if they're going to take an hour to do a blood test? The only positive thing I could mention was the nurse's attention. I do not recommend it.
