⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐There are places you remember for their facilities and others you remember for the people you meet there. My experience at CosGuard Trasteros Villajoyosa was excellent, but what truly deserves special mention is the young woman who helped me.From the very first moment, her service was impeccable: friendly, polite, patient, and attentive to every detail. But there's something that goes beyond simply doing a good job: the way you treat someone, listen to them, and make them feel comfortable. And she has that gift. You can tell when someone is simply working because they have to, and when someone puts humanity, kindness, and heart into what they do. She undoubtedly belongs to the latter group. The facilities seemed very good, well-maintained, and secure, but you can have the best storage unit in the world and not achieve what someone like her does: making a customer leave with a smile and wanting to write a review to thank her.I don't know her name, and I almost regret it because she deserves to be mentioned here. I only hope that if she ever reads these words, she'll know they're meant for her.Thank you for your excellent service and, above all, for your wonderful way of treating people. There are small gestures that one quickly forgets, and others that, without quite knowing why, stay with you.CosGuard can be proud to have someone like you working with the public.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars because Google won't let me give six.

Price maybe is ok, but officer was very rude and lazy. Not recommended.
