I wanted to book an appointment to just touch up my roots, but they told me the stylist was on leave, as if no one else knew how to apply hair dye. They didn't offer any other options, any help, or any alternative. I bought the dye on Amazon and I'll do it myself since it's not that complicated. I'm never coming back, as I have absolutely no desire to work.
Hi, I always buy hair masks from this store and last time it wasn't the same, it was the same box but the product was different, I'm hesitant to buy more.
I went to buy shampoo. I checked the opening hours online and it said they closed at 8 pm, but by 7:45 pm the shutters were already down and they were counting the till… I couldn't make my purchase and I doubt I'll be back, to be honest. The least they could do is respect their opening hours.
I went to get some blue hair dye, but I wasn't sure which one to choose. The lady who helped me was wonderful; she answered all my questions and recommended a color cream that was less damaging to my hair. And I'm really happy with the result and the price. Thank you so much!
