My experience with this service was deeply disappointing. Fernando treated me with an incredible lack of professionalism; not only was he very rude, but he also threw his phone at me—a level of disrespect I've never encountered before. Furthermore, he refused to return my deposit. When I reported the incident to Sandra, the owner, she promised to take care of the situation and refund my money. It's been over eight days since that conversation, and despite her promise, my money has still not been returned. I do not recommend this business.
