A very good experience, everything was very professional. I had the contract ready to sign in no time. I had a minor oversight when paying for one month, but the woman sorted it out for me immediately. Excellent customer service; you send a WhatsApp message and they reply very quickly. The storage unit was very clean, and I was able to choose the one that best suited my needs. The price is very good; I looked at others that were much more expensive. Highly recommended.

My experience at Trasteros Vilanova has been simply incredible. Everything is clean, organized, and very well maintained, but the best part has undoubtedly been Elisabeth's service. She was super friendly, polite, and professional—one of those people who make everything easy and pleasant from the very first moment. Without exaggeration, it's been one of the best things that's happened to me in Vilanova. I highly recommend this place and would return without hesitation. Thank you, Elisabeth, for such a personal and excellent service. 100% RECOMMENDED. 👏👏

I urgently needed a storage unit and they responded incredibly quickly! They showed me all the options and helped me choose the best one for me. Plus, there's no deposit or minimum contract period, which is fantastic! I highly recommend them!
