They already ripped me off with the M3s... I hired them thinking the others were offering more to deceive me, but it turns out they're the ones doing the opposite so they can rip me off later with the new truck. But the worst part is the move. The guys who came didn't ask any questions, and Alejandro told me on the phone that by law, even though I had almost everything packed, they had to pack it themselves, but they didn't do anything about it. What's more, I told the guy (I'll look up his name) to please reinforce the two pallets with a new, expensive sofa that was already wrapped in plastic but had some holes before putting it in his container. To my surprise, not only that, but when they unloaded it three months later, another guy unloaded it with all the pieces completely loose, badly folded, dirty, and scratched. The guy even confirmed to me via WhatsApp that he delivered it to me exactly as he unloaded it. Completely unprofessional, regardless of the value of that new sofa. To make matters worse, they didn't seal the bags of shoes and sneakers, leaving them open. It's very obvious that a lot of pairs were left over; the bags were only half full and were completely used. I'm still waiting for a response after sending them photos of everything I downloaded a week ago. I'm waiting to hear back so I can write a proper review, including photos.
