Great location. The entry and exit process is super easy and convenient. It's very comfortable to have direct access from the car to the storage unit, and renting storage units is quick and easy thanks to Juan.

Excellent service, easy access and booking, reasonable prices, clean and spacious storage units. Best of all, you can drive right up to the door—so convenient. I'll keep an eye out for any issues, but so far, everything's been great. I have one of the smaller units for boxes and I'm about to rent a larger one for furniture. I highly recommend it.

Choosing the storage unit was a great decision. First, I must highlight the professionalism of Juan, the contact person. The storage unit itself is fantastic and perfectly suits our needs. And let's not forget that they continue to check on us weeks later to make sure everything is alright. I recommend them 100%.

I filed a complaint regarding the return of my deposit and the rejection of a cleaning charge for the storage unit, and to this day I still haven't received any response.I have photos of both the initial condition and the condition upon my departure, which clearly show that the storage unit was clean. Even so, they charged me 65% of the deposit for a supposed cleaning that wasn't even required. The most concerning aspect isn't just the unjustified charge, but the complete lack of customer service and response to my formal complaint.A very bad experience. I wouldn't recommend them.
