Hello, on September 14, 2024, I bought a vehicle from ZAMORA IMPORTA, and after 6 months, it suffered a major engine failure that needed replacing. Since May 25, 2025, I haven't had a vehicle. The strangest thing is that the dealership doesn't provide any information about the car's location. To this day, I don't know where it is, nor do I have any information about it. They haven't offered any solutions. And so, we went to conciliation, but there was no agreement. I want to say that the bad experience I'm having is horrible. Damn, the time I bought the car, and the responsibility and transparency on the part of the dealership are zero. This is the first time this has happened to me, and I want to warn future buyers to bring in a mechanic to check their cars. I don't know when they'll give me my car, which I'm still paying for. I have it in court, and when I have the ruling, I'll publish it. Anyway, I'll make a video with Angel Gaitan, and it will be posted on social media. They're not reliable.

Richar and his brother were very attentive and professional from the very first minute. They were extremely helpful when it came to picking up the car since we live far from Zamora. They let us test drive the car in the city and on the highway and were very transparent when it came to telling us about the car's defects and the changes made by the mechanic. Highly recommended!
