I've been trying for a month to get in touch with the contact person assigned to me: "For all your dealings with FREMAP, we have assigned you a personal contact: MIGUEL ALEXIS CONCEPCION CABRERA, with phone number XXX and email address XXX." No one answers emails or phone calls. Utterly incompetent.

The space, the condition of the facilities, the service, and the warm hospitality are all top-notch. Any problem, issue, or need is addressed completely. I booked from Lanzarote because I had to move, and Sandra made things so easy from the first call that I didn't have to think twice. Excellent price and service.

I went there with a calf injury. The administration staff treated me very well, but when you finally see the doctor and find a truly great professional and wonderful person like Ana Mari, who then refers you to rehabilitation and is attended to by Natalia—equally professional and a lovely person—you can't help but feel grateful for having been lucky enough to receive such capable and resourceful help during this difficult time. My experience has truly been a 10 out of 10 in every way! Thank you, and I hope you continue to take such good care of those of us who have the misfortune of suffering a workplace accident!… Thanks again for everything!!!!
