Just rented a storage facility with Shurgard in Sweden for the first time, the process was very smooth and Elsa was fantastic in helping me out and guiding me through it. I can definitely recommend.
Fantastic staff who were incredibly helpful when I needed help with an issue. Super friendly and quick to solve my issue. Facility is great also, very clean and well layout. THE app works perfectly for accessing the storage unit and coming in and out of the property itself. Overall a great experience and I’d highly recommend
Nice storage units! Good options in terms of storage sizes and prices. The units themselves are located on the outside and inside of the building but they all seem to be easily accessible. Although I prefer the outdoor ones. The whole area is accessible with car through the main gate. Security seems to be up to par utilizing codes, keys and cameras around the entire building. Wouldn’t be worried about theft. There’s also a small shop/service center where you can buy misc. items for wrapping and storage. Also possible to get help regarding your storage unit. The staff are very helpful and will go out of their way to help you.
