So good to deal with a person, explained everything super clear. Just what I wanted to give me confidence in the service
Very unclear information about the opening hours. It took many steps to eventually know the access hours. I initially thought we can access it 24 hours, but unfortunately it’s only 7 - 22, so we need to take ALL our heavy stuff back. Very very annoying and disappointing!
Axel was very helpful and offered friendly, relaxed and informative service. Highly recommended!Shout-out for Peter also; his quick e-mail corrispondence sold me Shurgard.
