Exceeded my expectations on the storage need I had. Thanks to Smilla and Annika who took care of the administration and helped me find the right type of storage space.
3 things: I'm very critical, spent 15yrs in customer service and have very expectations. I have to say in Sweden I did not experience even good service, so Katja and Simon proved me that it's possible and it's a question of approach and attitude, not limited possibilities. They are both outrageous in perspective of communication, reaction time, problem solving. I have to say I'm amazed and they were able to do it above my standards. I'm super grateful for this last CS experience in Sweden, others should/would/could learn from them!
They people here were very helpful and kind. I had a small problem, but was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.
