We rented a box for a few months in 2022. I was very happy that there was a company where I could store my items. The communication went well and we booked a container. When we arrived to our assigned container, there appeared to be a leak in it. That was a dealbreaker for us as our items needed to be in a dry place. The owner was very surprised about the leakage and immediately assigned another container for us to use. I was very happy that it could be solved this way and that the owner showed responsibility. The new container we rented was dry and perfect! It was very secure and we never had problems entering. Ana, we were very happy with renting the box. And if we ever need to store anything again i would definitely do it at Fozbox!
