The storage unit itself is fine, but the customer service and communication are terrible. Every month I pay by the 3rd, yet I constantly receive automated 'reminders' threatening to lock me out of my unit—even though my account is fully paid on time. I have spent months messaging them, sending bank confirmations, and asking them to fix their finance department's billing errors because it's incredibly stressful. Instead, it has only gotten worse; this month, I was harassed with an email, a text message, and a phone call all for a bill that was already paid.
