I strongly advise against it!For my move, I rented a unit at Kangu24 Self Storage in Szczecin (Milczańska Street), based on the positive reviews and the claimed safe storage. Unfortunately, my experience was very negative.I discovered rats in the rented space, which led to the destruction and permanent contamination of the stored items. This mainly affected new and valuable items, including children's items.Rodent droppings and urine were found on, among other things: • toys and stuffed animals, • stroller and baby equipment, • children's helmets and accessories, • furniture and textiles for children.This type of contamination poses a serious sanitary hazard and completely eliminates the possibility of further safe use of these items, regardless of cleaning attempts. Some of the equipment was also gnawed, rendering it inoperable and unsafe.After reporting the matter and providing photographic documentation, the company denied liability for damage caused by rodents.Summary: A service advertised as safe failed to provide basic security and hygiene standards. Given the high rental price, I consider this unacceptable.I advise anyone planning to store children's belongings, electronics, or property requiring real security to consider this company very carefully.I've attached several photos showing the condition of the items I stored.
