We rented a storage unit twice, and both times they didn't return the deposit. The second time, the items were still damp after storage. They always come up with some excuse. The carts are broken, the wheels barely move.
Very good storage, warm, dry, no problems. Customer service is also immediately available; the ladies on the phone are always very nice and helpful!
A well-deserved, top-notch review! The space was dry, clean, and well-lit. The service absolutely amazed me! Not only was it reliable and technically efficient, but Ms. Małogarza's approach restored my faith in humanity. Renting a storage unit solved my problem with the lack of storage space. Many thanks, Ms. Małgosia, and I look forward to working with you again, as such a storage unit is a sensible solution for me today, both financially and in terms of space.
