We were billed for two hours of transportation/travel time to and from their office, in addition to the actual moving job, even though their office is about 20-30 minutes away. When we questioned this, we had to follow up several times without getting a clear answer. No explanation was given as to why they were late, no review of the hours when the job was completed, and no proper specification when we later questioned the invoice.Only after the invoice was paid did we receive a brief explanation about the detour and police check. It still doesn't explain how the travel time could be so long, and no one took responsibility for the poor communication along the way.The move itself was straightforward. The customer service was not. At no point did we receive an apology for the lack of communication or understanding of our questions and concerns.Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend steering clear of them and choosing another moving company.

Very unscrupulous operator. Destroyed several of the furniture in the moving load, admits to having destroyed them, but has no intention of replacing the damage. The case is being pursued by us. Avoid at all costs.

Terribly bad company, that doesn't care about their customers. All they care about is money. Was placed in a financial impossibility due to financial difficulties, where they demanded payment, or a letter from my bank that guaranteed fixed payment. The bank couldn't do this because my income was unpredictable in terms of monthly payments. - I couldn't get my belongings out, and then they emptied the storage room I rented of everything I had, which included a brand new bed, a music collection worth tens of thousands of kroner, personal memories, my compressor, music studio equipment worth well over 10,000 kroner, and much more. They wanted 60,000 kroner for this, just for the emptying, which in total down the warehouse was close to 100,000 kroner in total. I regret that I didn't contact a lawyer. I'm sure that the way I was treated is illegal on several counts, steer clear!

Such a bad job that a case has been filed with the Consumer Council. Poor cleaning, poor customer service after complaint, and also sent an invoice to the wrong person several months after the job was done, and after the due date.
