Someone cut my lock and broke into my unit. I’ve been calling the customer service line for weeks to figure out what steps I should take to possibly file a claim and also get a new lock. I have also emailed the three times and no one has responded. It is not secure enough so I would not recommend storing anything valuable here, or electronics. Someone might break in, cut the lock and steal it.
