We are very satisfied with how your company helped us with the move; it was truly excellent. The employees assigned to us were very friendly and helpful and did a great job. All praise to your company, and we will certainly recommend you if anyone asks us for a moving company.
Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with this company. It lives up to its name: “bad!”They had taken over the job from another moving company with whom we had made arrangements. When they arrived, it turned out that the job had been underestimated. Neither we nor they could do anything about that. We had indicated beforehand that we ourselves also thought the job was bigger than calculated. But ultimately, it was not our business, but Schlechter's and “the old” mover's. However, we had to pay more, otherwise he wouldn't move us. What are you supposed to do then? Upon arrival at our new house, a valuable piece of artwork turned out to be broken. Fortunately, we had seen for ourselves that one of the movers was being too rough and did it. Nevertheless, we were not treated properly. No apology or anything. Just grumbling about our own costs. It was handled through insurance, though. Later, we discovered much more damage, such as to our plants and, much later, to our Skuttelbrai. It had clearly been thrown around. But just try bringing that up again. In short, this company is not recommended!
My husband Steven and I found the move with you to be a very pleasant experience. You are a top team. Professional and careful with our belongings, both during the pickup and the return. Thank you very much. Highly recommended for anyone who is moving.
