A very nice place to rent a unit. I have been renting here for 4 years and am happy with the clear communication. The security and checks also give a safe feeling when storing belongings here. The premises are always very accessible!
Be careful before doing business with them. I rented a garage box from 2022 to 2024 with the agreement that I could use it for my hobby. This year in March, a major inspection took place at Multibox, during which they received an official warning from the municipality. The reason: The garage boxes may not be used by hobbyists, only by entrepreneurs. It is stipulated in the zoning plan. After I spoke to the municipality, they even indicated that this is the final warning for Multibox, because this is not the first time. What followed for me were various extra costs that were simply made up. For two years, I always paid my invoices on time. Suddenly, I have to cough up €2,000 in extra costs. If you want to take the risk of renting here, good luck.
