A great place to rent a unit. I've been renting here for four years and am happy with the clear communication. It also feels safe storing things here thanks to the security and monitoring. The grounds are always very accessible!
Be careful before doing business with them. I rented a garage from 2022 to 2024 with the agreement that I could use it for my hobby. This year in March, Multibox underwent a major inspection, during which they received an official warning from the municipality. The reason: The garages are not allowed to be used by hobbyists, only by entrepreneurs. It's stipulated in the zoning plan. After speaking with the municipality, they even indicated that this is the last warning Multibox will receive, as this isn't the first time. What followed were several extra charges that were simply fabricated. For two years, I had always paid my invoices on time. Suddenly, I have to cough up €2000 in extra costs. If you're willing to take the risk of renting here, good luck.
