I have the same problem as the other customers here. I ordered something on the last sunday, I received one E-Mail that the paying is confirmed, since then -nothing happened. I tried to write an E-Mail, but it seems to be the wrong mail address because it can not be delivered. But I don't have any other mail address. I tried to chat with them on their website but it also doesn't work. You cannot contact them per phone number, there is none. All I can do now is wait and hope that I will ever receive my order.

I ordered something on June 20th, and it's now July 2nd and I still haven't received anything. Not a single response via email, nor from customer service via live chat or Instagram; they read my message and don't respond. I'll never order from here again! I even paid extra for faster delivery. Don't order from here!! Communication is terrible, and you don't get what you're promised!

Charges 5 euros shipping costs after you return something, even if you get a 5 euro discount on your first order, after that there is no response.

The communication is very inefficient. I ordered a pair 2 weeks ago and I was supposed to receive them in 8 days.There is no option for me to track the package and the employees barely respond to any messagw via live chat.I’m really skeptic about this shop.
