Nice and clean storage space. Small spaces are not on the ground floor, which makes access difficult for elderly people. Elevator controls are unclear. The access gate sometimes malfunctions.
The box we reserved was locked, and the next four options were also locked. All in all, we spent over half an hour on the phone, but no one was available to help. We were finally able to get into an empty box. So far, no compensation has been offered.
So far, I'm very satisfied with the communication with 1Box. My contact person (Romario) is very friendly and responds very quickly. The space I'm renting is clean and dry. It's easily accessible, and there are carts, hand trucks, and dollys available to easily move items from the car to the box.
