Excellent service, information, and helpful advice. Special compliments to Milan, Apeldoorn branch. What a kind and, above all, polite young man! A change from the usual "hey, hi, ge-jij, ge-jou" as if you'd just played marbles with them. This employee is definitely a great face for the company!

*Update: My criticism was responded to immediately and MijnSafestore has now placed signs indicating that there is a toilet available 24/7, namely at the internal entrance to the reception. Fantastic action and now worth five stars!Excellent storage location and also nearby. Wanted 7 m², but there was only 6 m² available. By living together we have double the amount of household goods. The staff is friendly and helpful; no complaints about that.The elevator is a bit of a thing. Okay, it goes up and down, but everything has to be done by hand.The biggest disadvantage, however, is that there is no toilet on the 1st floor. I have not seen any signs on the 1st floor referring to a toilet. What an awkward situation when customers 'need to go' outside office hours.

The lady at the counter (and when you call) is incredibly helpful and kind. I stored my furniture for a month (relocation processes) and it was perfect. Nothing got damaged and the process to bring and take out everything worked smoothly without issues. She and her colleagues spoke English (due to my inability to speak Dutch) to me and they were kind about it, which I greatly appreciate. Dankjewell!
