Very disappointing experience. Which is not resolved since April of 2026. I rented a storage unit for two months, and when I returned to collect my belongings, I found the unit infested with insects. My expensive clothes, carpets, and other personal items were contaminated and may have been permanently damaged. The insects got into my new apartment and I had to deal with them ever since.What makes this even worse is the complete lack of customer service. The company was very quick to take my money and even charged me for an additional month because I was two days late in giving notice, (which is okay but…thats where their communication stops) so I ended up paying for three months despite only using the unit for two.However, when it came to taking responsibility for the infestation and the damage to my belongings, no one was there to help. It has now been months since I first reported the issue, and it still hasn’t been resolved. I have received no meaningful assistance, no refund, and no compensation for the damage. Not even a refund for the rent of the unit, forget about all of my clothes etcI trusted this company to provide a clean, safe environment for storing my belongings, but they failed to do so. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Easybox to anyone storing valuable items. Stay away from this company.

It was a good experience to keep my stuff here .The hospitality is good too , a bit of communication issue but everything works out 😀👍.

From the moment I signed up to the final allocation, the team at EasyBox Milano Centro were exceptionally helpful. They thoughtfully accommodated my lack of Italian by arranging for an English-speaking staff member, something I truly appreciated and immediately put me at ease about the safety of the facility, which indeed felt very secure.The storage units themselves were clean, dry, and well-maintained, giving me complete confidence when storing my belongings. When it came time to leave, the staff remained just as courteous and professional.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend EasyBox Milano Centro to anyone looking for reliable and secure storage in Milan.

What an excellent customer service they have. Flavio especially made this move for me so easy and uncomplicated. Price is also great and high security as well. Couldn’t recommend more especially as a foreigner.
