Excellent staff! They took care of my belongings when I wasn't there to receive. From receiving, removing from pallet and storing. Special thanks to Joshua, my hero!

Very disappointing experience. Which is not resolved since April of 2026. I rented a storage unit for two months, and when I returned to collect my belongings, I found the unit infested with insects. My expensive clothes, carpets, and other personal items were contaminated and may have been permanently damaged. The insects got into my new apartment and I had to deal with them ever since. What makes this even worse is the complete lack of customer service. The company was very quick to take my money and even charged me for an additional month because I was two days late in giving notice, (which is okay but…thats where their communication stops) so I ended up paying for three months despite only using the unit for two. However, when it came to taking responsibility for the infestation and the damage to my belongings, no one was there to help. It has now been months since I first reported the issue, and it still hasn’t been resolved. I have received no meaningful assistance, no refund, and no compensation for the damage. Not even a refund for the rent of the unit, forget about all of my clothes etcI trusted this company to provide a clean, safe environment for storing my belongings, but they failed to do so. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Easybox to anyone storing valuable items. Stay away from this company.
