It's no secret that today's renters sadly face a lot of unnecessary difficulties and unfairness at the hands of exploitative and sketchy landlords. In this climate, Harrogate Landlord Services are a real breath of fresh air. Whilst holding a tenancy with them, I could speak directly to my landlord at any time via. phone and text lines - and even got responses on a Sunday! Maintenance was always done very quickly. My right to privacy and quiet enjoyment of the property was always respected. I had no issues when it came to the return of my deposit or being blamed for basic wear and tear, etc. I strongly recommend HLS to all renters in the Harrogate area!
