Current price increase is 20% and only 10% if you change from direct debit to direct payments....extortionate, now making arrangements to close my account once I have moved my stuff. Very poor response time with emails and only respond to parts of your message.
A great place to store your things. We used a unit for 11months, it was all perfect when we emptied it this week. Lovely and clean unit, the cages and trolley were really useful, to help move our things out of the unit. We were upstairs, the stairs nice and wide, no problem at all. Anastasia and the other staff there were all very friendly. Really, can't recommend this storage company enough. We've used it in the past and it will be our first choice if we need it again, thanks.
Good prices and a handy location. Staff went above and beyond to accomodate my needs, even at short notice and when I was stressed with moving house. I'd definately recommend. The mobile food bar up the road was a welcome bonus for a good brew and a barm.
Came to take a couple of sofas out of the storage today. All the lady was bothered about was the risk of me taking everything out of the storage and leaving her out of pocket, even though it was paid up to date. As I was removing the sofas, she was constantly muttering under her breath about the time (15 minutes before closing) and that she had already filled the corridor ready to close.As a customer, her attitude was an absolute disgrace considering £120 a month is paid for that storage unit. For that reason, I will be ceasing my use of the storage after this month. Don't want to be paying the wages of the old cow that runs the place.
