Seems to be a trend …, came out and surveyed the job which seemed fine then …. Nothing despite a follow up email. So I wouldn’t believe their customer charter or timelines. Best going elsewhere.

I’m sure they may be good if they carry out the work but do not believe the time scales or promises made on the website or in person. Explained several times re the job and its urgency (preventing kitchen fitting so living without a kitchen). Surveyor visited and advised its a small job and ‘so many options’ of how to deal with it. After 5 days and 3 follow up calls with no quote, I was informed via email that it is too complex for them to do, that they hadn’t appreciated the time pressures and they hope I could arrange something else. I would avoid if possible.
Highly recommend. Required stone replacement, rendering, re-pointing and re-sealing of the windows of a ground floor blonde sandstone tenement. From initial phone call they were out within a week and the survey was thorough and professional providing expert guidance on solutions. This continued with great communication on quotes and provided realistic timescales which they stood by. The lads who came out were very experienced, keen, genuinely enjoyed their work taking great pride in what they do and very easy to get on with. This company provides a premium service and goes beyond expectations. From start to finish I had absolutely no doubts I chosen correctly. Would not hesitate to contact them again for any future properties. John, Corey and Kieran, thanks again and all the best.
