My first visit to tubs and tiles showroom in kilkenny was excellent and seemed like a professional outfit but the whole process throughout has been horrible, there must be no communication between teams in tubs and tiles, on over 3 occasions the wrong items have been delivered or delivered to the shop/ not in stock in the shopTile trim ordered, wrong colour arrives to shop, ordered 4, but they only have 3 when you call back in and so onTiler had to take down a full wall of tiles as they had sold us the wrong tone of tile for someone in the tile business a long time and the fact we were paying a premium for the tiles I expected better The tiles will be redelivered next week hopefully in the correct tone but that's no good when my tiler is on a different job,I wish I had went with a different company selling tiles communication between front line staff and warehouse must be non existent Avoid and save your money and time

If your are looking for Tiles. Showers. Pan n cistern. Vanity units. Basin. Taps they have the lot to trans form your bathroom r Onsuite.

Nice quality tiles but grey seems to dominate. Would like a wider palette. Had to return an item and the assistant couldn't have been more helpful. Professionalism dominates.
