I used the storage works whilst waiting on keys for a house and would thoroughly recommend them. It's clean and tidy, very well kept and very competitively priced. There was one time that I accidentally locked my keys in the unit and somebody came with bolt cutters to cut the lock off, I paid a call out fee which I thought was very reasonable and they even came with a spare lock. Again I would definitely recommend.
Friendly and efficient service. The units are clean, secure, dry and easy to access at any time. There is a lift, cage and trolley to borrow, ample parking and help and advice are available quickly if you need it.
I have just left the storage works after 12 months, very easy to access, simple process, excellent customer service. All my queries were answered swiftly. I had 3 units at one stage due to storage and then downsized to one unit, this was not an issue and very accomodating, the premises are fully alarmed, clean tidy.Highly recommend
Can highly recommend The Storage Works. Needed a safe space to store my household goods and furniture for 4 months. Easy to access but totally secure. Would use them again for sure.
