Absolutely outstanding customer service, only issue I've ever had was a battery died in the lock and someone was out almost immediately to sort it.
From initial contact to having a room to store my equipment has been an absolute breeze. Everything is so easy and staff extremely helpful. Being a bit of a dinosaur when it comes to I.T. I found the app simple to install and use for accessing the building. 👍
