There aftercare service is excellent. I had an issue with a car I purchased from them and they couldn't have been more helpful in sorting it. In particular Jade and Martin who took time and care into making sure I was happy and without transport. I would recommend this garage and the team in a heart beat.

We had to wait ages for a leak to be fixed. Service explained a part was awaited it was fixed eventually . Had loan car then hire car all were perfectly ok but as we are not local quite a bit of toing and froing swapping cars getting hire car etc. the team of ladies on the desk were friendly and helpful and chased the car hire firm who were somewhat lacking in their service provision however we now have our car back and hopefully no more oil leaks !!

Nice that you can book a while you wait service. That’s where the good stops. Watching the chap give my car a clean I saw him power washing the seals with the doors open getting the inside of my car wet. Fluids were not topped up. On leaving the garage and joining the motorway I found they had left my bonnet unlatched, totally unacceptable I would not use this garage again.

Martin Baker looked after me from the moment I walked in to the salesroom until I left with the keys to my new-to-me car He understood my situation and the need to part-exchange my previous car for something that would be easier for my husband to get into.
