There aftercare service is excellent. I had an issue with a car I purchased from them and they couldn't have been more helpful in sorting it. In particular Jade and Martin who took time and care into making sure I was happy and without transport. I would recommend this garage and the team in a heart beat.

Nice that you can book a while you wait service. That’s where the good stops. Watching the chap give my car a clean I saw him power washing the seals with the doors open getting the inside of my car wet. Fluids were not topped up. On leaving the garage and joining the motorway I found they had left my bonnet unlatched, totally unacceptable I would not use this garage again.

A dealership and a team who understand the meaning of the words Customer Service. Martin Baker looked after me from the moment I walked in to the salesroom until I left with the keys to my new-to-me car He understood my situation and the need to part-exchange my previous car for something that would be easier for my husband to get into. Everything was explained to me, the transaction was completely upfront and I was treated professionally and with respect. I have no hesitation in recommending this dealership wholeheartedly as professional yet friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and it was an absolute pleasure to do business with them. I had car issues 200 mile from home, 100 mile from my destination and not familiar with the area. My car couldn’t drive the long journey either way. The team there were brilliant and figured out a solution so I could get away on my mini break. Special thanks to Jade for being there for me every step of the way, and making me feel welcome. Her customer service is epic! Thank you to Lyn (I hope I got your name right) for keeping me up to date, and also being there as well. And to the mechanics (I’m sorry I couldn’t remember your names) for battling with my car and getting me going again. The whole team were just lovely.
