We rented a large unit for over a year while our house was being renovated. The container was very dry and on leaving everything was as good as they day we put in. On top the staff are lovely and extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience with Lymington Self Storage. Staff always helpful and friendly and ready to answer any questions. Site kept very clean and units are safe and well kept. No issues at all the last year and would highly recommend for any storage needs.
I needed some short term storage for 3 months whilst moving house and Helena / Alex were excellent in providing 2 containers for me to use. The site is accessible 24x7 which helped us as we moved between holiday accommodations in the area. The containers are very clean and well maintained. The upstairs unitwith a normal door was really useful for things that we needed to keep accessing and delicate items and the ground level 20ft unit with container doors great for bulky and heavy items. All the billing is automated and the team always quick to respond.
Lymington Self Storage have brilliant customer service. Had a slight issue when I first used the gate & Claire sorted it within 10 mins on her day off ! The site is clean & tidy and the information given at the start is excellent. Cant rate the friendly attitude high enough and the prices are competitive. They are also great at responding to emails. I’m sorry to leave ! If I need storage again they will be my first call.
